DPD Standard: Free for orders above £50, orders below are charged at £3.50

DHL Next Day:  £6.00 (order before 2am)

DHL Next Day Pre. 12.00:  £9.00 (order before 2am)

DHL Weekend Delivery: £15.00 (order before 2am Friday) 

 

REST OF WORLD:

DHL Standard: Free for orders above £80, orders below are charged at £14.00 

DHL Express:  £22.00 (order before 2am)

 

Orders most be placed before 2am to be processed as a Next Day Delivery (if ordering in a weekend your order will be processed Monday)

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

All shipments are send tracked, and you will be able to follow your orders journey when we have processed your order. 

You will automatically received a delivery notification via your e-mail address, and you can track your parcel HERE to get the latest status.

 

RECEIVING AN ORDER WHEN NOT AT HOME: 

DPD or DHL will send you an email or text message when your parcel is about to be delivered, if you aren't at home on the estimated time given, you can select between different options, either reschedule or ask them to delivery at a safe place.

DELAY IN DELIVERY:

If your order is delayed, you are advice to contact DPD or DHL directly, using your Tracking ID as the reference number, however we are always at hand and can assist you in contacting them. 

 

RECEIVING A DAMAGED DELIVERY: 

In the very unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged, we kindly ask you to take pictures and email us right away.
