When you’ve been vibrating at a low energy for too long, it can affect your performance on day-to-day basis, ultimately dragging you down and inhibiting you from reaching your full potential. Telling yourself you are worthy and realising your own potential is one of the most powerful ways for raising your vibrations. When you know who you are and that you are capable of accomplishing anything you set out to do, you feel an exhilarating sense of empowerment and motivation to move forward, which increases your productivity.

Ultimately, if you’ve been vibrating at a low energy for some time, don’t waste another second before revitalising your spirit. Raising your vibration through the use of a little crystal energy, cleanse your mind of negativity, regroup to set purposeful intentions for yourself, and always remember to build yourself up with positive words.
