A How-To Guide
Before you go to bed, lie still with the crystals in your hands or place them onto your body. Recommend to place Snowflake Obsidian on your forehead and the other 3 down your torso. Lie still with closed eyes and think of 5 happy moments of the past days, whether big or small. Repeat this practice every day to really bring this positive outlook into your life.
Charging
Leave out on windowsill in view of moonlight overnight. In the morning, sit quietly with your crystals and repeat your intentions for a few minutes.
Cleaning
Place on a Selenite charging plate for at least 6 hours or use Sage Smoke to pass over the crystals.
