A How-To Guide
Keep them with you during the day in a purse, bag or pocket and place them in the room you are the most in when you are home. If you meditate, try and practice Love and Kindness a few times a week towards yourself and others.
Charging
Leave out on windowsill in view of moonlight overnight. In the morning, sit quietly with your crystals and repeat your intentions for a few minutes.
Cleaning
Place on a Selenite charging plate for at least 6 hours or use Sage Smoke to pass over the crystals.
