A How-To Guide
Keep them under your pillow or bedside table, and visualise your future while meditating with them. Be gentle and patient with yourself and make sure to recharge them frequently. Adding weekly yoga sessions into your practice with the crystals is highly recommenced, especially when you place the set on the top of your mat -Namaste.
Charging
Leave out on windowsill in view of moonlight overnight. In the morning, sit quietly with your crystals and repeat your intentions for a few minutes.
Cleaning
Place on a Selenite charging plate for at least 6 hours or use Sage Smoke to pass over the crystals.
